Where we ship

We ship across India only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat ₹99 per order. Orders of ₹2,999 and above ship free. The charge is shown before you pay and is included in the amount charged.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders leave our facility within 2 working days of payment. Because pieces are made in small batches, an occasional order takes longer; if yours will, we contact you on the number you gave at checkout.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, expect delivery in 3–7 working days for metros and 4–10 working days elsewhere. Remote PIN codes can take longer. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email a tracking link when your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 working days of paying, email us with your order reference (it starts with TD-).

Failed or refused delivery

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If the parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available, or delivery was refused, we refund the order value less shipping charges once the parcel reaches us. Re-dispatch is charged again.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, do not accept it where possible, and email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. See our returns policy.
