About these terms

These terms govern your use of thodadesi.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards and netbanking through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only once payment is received and we have sent a confirmation.

Pricing errors

Prices are recalculated on our server at checkout. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.

Availability

Pieces are made in small batches and stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we contact you and refund that item in full.

Product descriptions

We describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and small irregularities in hand-finished garments are a feature of how they are made rather than defects.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Thoda Desi name, logo, designs, photography and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY], India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
